In Order to make your booking as
pleasant as possible, the Management requests your cooperation in observing the
following as an agreement between the guest and ICYIZERE TOURS LTD, hereafter referred to as the company.
Please note that by the confirmation
of your booking, you are agreeing to abide by our company policies and
procedures as described below.
RATES
All our tour packages and services rates and fees are fixed
in United States Dollars (USD) and Rwandan Francs (RWF) are based on current rates of exchange and taxes inclusive.
We reserve the right to change published prices at any time without notice
before or after your booking is made.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Booking will be confirmed only by e-mail after providing
proof of payment of the full amount. Once we receive your payment, we will invoice
you for the entire tour package or service cost.
The payment can also be made via online payment platforms
Payoneer and DPO as well as ” MasterCard, visa card, American Express”, Mobile
money pay, in Cash, and bank transfers.
Following your requests, you will receive a quotation with a request for payment
in the following terms:
§ For quotations made within 7 days prior to the start of the
tour, service, or check-in date, proof of payment of 100% is requested within 24
hours from the time the quotation has been sent or by an alternative date agreed between
you and the company
§ For quotations made before 7 days from the start of the
tour, service, or check-in date, proof of payment of 100% is requested within 72
hours from the time the quotation has been sent or by an alternative date agreed
between you and the company
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, early departure, and no-show fees incurred are
the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged.
Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s
income and contributes to the overall cost of permit, accommodation, running
costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the company will have incurred the
majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation
fees to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we
will impose accordingly cancellation fees as follows:

Within
24 hours after the date of booking -50% of tour or service cost*
·
After
24 hours from the date of booking -100% of tour or service cost*
· All
cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the
booking form, please send an email to your contact at the company, icyizeretours@gmail.com
· Once
the tour has started no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or
services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the
tour or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely
at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing
to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for
any reason prior to your payment of the full price of the trip. In this case, we
will refund in full any amount that you have already paid us. After you have
paid in full, we will only cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control
make it unavoidable. Such circumstances include but are not limited to, civil
or political unrest or events, terrorism, natural disasters, or other force majeure
circumstances.
In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, we will
contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a
full refund of the money paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and
above the total sum received from you.
DAMAGE
TO COMPANY
The client will be held responsible
for any loss or damage to the company property caused by themselves, their
children or any person for whom they are responsible.
INSURANCE
The company strongly recommends insurance to
cover cancellation fees, trip interruption, and accidents such as injury,
illness, loss of personal belongings, etc. The company is not responsible for
damage or loss of baggage or other personal property.
Therefore, travel insurance is mandatory for
all clients in order to cover unforeseen circumstances such as personal
injuries, medical expenses, loss of luggage, etc.
If you become sick, all medical expenses, etc
are your responsibility and the company shall not reliable for any refund of
tour cost.

company is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that
you provide to us when booking your tour or other services on our website,

We may supply personal
data to a government authority or regulator where required to:

we may disclose your personal data where otherwise required by

Direct marketing by us

newsletters) about our content, as well as travel services offered by Icyizere
Tours Ltd. These travel services include:

applicable we will only send you marketing information about the content or
services you have selected. Also, we will only contact you in the manner you
agreed to (e.g. by email).
Taking pictures
The company reserves the right to
take pictures during the tour and to be used for marketing purposes on our social
media and platforms. If you do not like it, please inform the tour guide before.
Consequences of Not Providing Your Data
You are not obligated to provide your personal information, however, where the information is required for us to provide you with our services/content; we may not be able to offer some/all our services/content without it.
